Douglas A. Dix DDS, FAGD, received a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Biology from University of Cincinnati in 1981. He completed his dental education at The Ohio State University in 1985. That same year he came to Hamilton, Ohio to practice Dentistry as an associate of Hamilton Dental Group. One year later Dr. Dix purchased the dental practice. As the owner of Hamilton Dental Group, he has been assisting the Butler County community with their dental needs for more than 20 years.

Dr. Dix's quest for knowledge has remained paramount throughout his career. His dedication to continuing education earned him a Fellowship from the Academy of General Dentistry in 2006. In addition, Dr. Dix has completed the entire curriculum from The Dawson Center of Advancement of Dentistry, the L.D. Pankey Institute, and Piper Education Resource Center. Through his extensive course of study, he has refined his expertise in a comprehensive range of dentistry. His expertise includes cosmetic procedures, implant placement and restoration, as well as treatment of temporomandibular joint dysfunction.

The members of Dr. Dix's staff have followed his admirable example and continue to seek knowledge concerning the latest technological advances and continuing education in dentistry exceeding their required hours of study.

Dr. Dix has created and fostered a family environment at Hamilton Dental Group. Several members of his staff have been with Dr. Dix since he began in practice. Patients often remark that when they visit the practice for their regular check ups it is comforting to see a familiar face-- "it's like seeing family."

Dr. Dix is a member of the American Dental Association, Ohio Dental Association, Keely Dental Society, and Cincinnati Dental Society.

Dr. Dix and his wife, Diane, live in Cincinnati. They enjoy golf, skiing, and traveling.

Dr. Marc Silverman was born and raised in Cincinnati. He attended Indiana University. After three years at Indiana, Dr. Marc Silverman was accepted into The Ohio State University College of Dentistry where he completed his degree in 1988. He returned to Cincinnati to begin his journey of helping patients achieve "The Perfect Smile". Dr. Marc has created many of the beautiful smiles you see every day. To practice Dentistry while giving your patient the confidence to smile has made each day rewarding. Dr. Marc Silverman and his wife Julie have three children.

Dr. Rick Silverman was also born and raised in Cincinnati. He attended The Ohio State University, earned his Bachelors of Science Degree in Psychology, then attended O.S.U.'s College of Dentistry graduating in 1992. Dr. Rick Silverman returned to Cincinnati and began to practice Dentistry. His focus in the practice is cosmetic dentistry, maintaining harmony with the jaw while restoring dental implants. Dr. Rick Silverman and his wife Anita have two children.
